Maintenance Tracking
Create maintenance items for every system on your boat — engine oil changes, impeller replacements, standing rigging inspections, antifouling applications, and more. Set intervals by hours or calendar days. BoatWise tracks when each job is due and colour-codes them by urgency:

- 🟠 High — due within 30 days
- 🟡 Medium — due within 60 days

Multi-Engine Support
For motorboats with twin engines, BoatWise tracks each engine independently — starboard and port — with separate maintenance logs, hour counters, and service history. Sailboats with a single auxiliary engine, generators, and watermakers are all supported too.
Spare Parts Inventory
Log every spare part on board with its location ("Engine Room → Port Locker → Box A"), minimum stock level, and supplier link. When stock drops below the minimum, BoatWise flags it so you can reorder before your next passage. You can even scan barcodes with your phone camera for instant lookup.
Equipment Management
Record all onboard equipment — VHF radio, life raft, flares, navigation instruments, safety gear — with warranty expiry dates and purchase information. BoatWise alerts you before warranties expire and before safety equipment needs recertification.
Document Vault

Logbook
