By accessing or using AppTechno websites and applications (apptechno.net and its subdomains), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of all AppTechno services including BudgetWise, CVwise, DocWise, and this website. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Free plan limits apply as described on each app's pricing page.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on AppTechno platforms is owned by AppTechno (Murat Akkemik) unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

4. User Content

Files you upload or process (CVs, documents, etc.) remain yours. We do not claim ownership. We only process them to provide the requested service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on each app's pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Advertising

Free plan users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Pro plan users see reduced or no advertising as described on the respective app's pricing page.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content (CVwise) is a suggestion — always review before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppTechno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
